PDF Chainmail Tutorial using jump rings & 4mm Rhinestone Montee Beads

This tutorial series focuses on techniques that I've developed using basic Japanese Chainmaille techniques with Orbital rings being added to make the patterns appear more like lace.   This PDF is shown with Gunmetal & Crystal AB but you can make the projects in any colors of your choosing.

Tutorial includes: Full color photo & written step by step instructions, detailed supply lists, legal terms of use and size chart. Size chart for bracelet to fit up to 7 1/2” wrist size

Tools: 2 pairs of flat, chain, chisel and/or bent nose pliers and all materials to make project.

Note: this project uses standard size jump rings in Anodized Aluminum that can be easily purchased. The 4mm rhinestone montees can be glass, Austrian Crystal or Preciosa.

Level: Intermediate—You should already be very comfortable working with jump rings and rhinestones. This project adds additional rings to our traditional Japanese Chainmaille approach to add more of a lacy quality to the work.

Legal: You can make these items to be sold. If you do so, credit should be given to the designer Mary Soucy. You may not copy or share this tutorial. Redistribution is strictly prohibited.
